Pre Course Exercise - 360 Feedback Part 1
A leading NLP Presupposition is centred around giving and receiving feedback. "there is no failure only feedback"
All HPO'S have programmes in place to ensure this is done as a minimum standard of once per quarter.
In this exercise we would like you to select 10 people. They must include
- your boss
- members of your team
- a business partner
- a colleague
- a cross functional business partner
- a peer
10 people in total.
We have listed the format and questions we would like you to use below. Please also ask your chosen few to list more, better, different, less across the areas below with a minimum of 5 points in each category. Ask for examples to support their scores.
